Febuary 2008
One way diode replaced. The old diode was too small for the load and went bad. A 100 amp diode has been installed.
New surround sound DVD player with iPod docking station and XM installed. Surround speakers installed. XM antenna installed.
New bar stools assembled and left on boat. Old stools removed.
GPS antenna partially installed. Humminbird head unit software updated. Need “Y” cable to complete installation.
Interior of houseboat cleaned up.
2 inverter batteries replaced.
Wiring problem in engine compartment traced and fixed.
Measurements for new generator stack exhaust done. Inspected installation job of River Run exhaust stack by AP.
Toy tank fill house between tank and filler neck replaced.
Prep for relocating engine compartment batteries done.
Installed footman’s loops for tie down on tables on upper deck.
Re-covered and rerouted exterior wires from VHF antenna, GPS antenna, solar and XM antenna.
Left repaired and re-waterproofed canopy for upper deck inside of houseboat. Will install in April.

Replace Batteries
1 – 12V MMC Deep Cycle – Engine compartment
3 – 12V Cranking – Engine compartment
2 – 6V Inverter compartment
Rearrange Batteries and rewire engine compartment
Install new engine components – spark plug wires etc.
Install GPS Antenna Bracket and mount Antenna
Finish wiring for GPS / Fish Finder head units
Reinstall GPS/Depth head units
Replace XM antenna and check connections
Check drain hose for Genset and repair or replace if necessary
Check and repair snaps on exterior cushions
Clean and wash down upper deck / carpet
Clean and wash down lower deck / carpet
Water proof and re-install awning canopy on upper deck
Check float settings on solar charging regulator
Clean Engine Compartment
Install bilge oil soaker X 2 in engine compartment
Re-glue stairway carpet
Install brown water holding tank level meters
Clean interior of boat
Wipe down cabinets / walls / counter tops
Clean interior of cabinets / closets
Vacuum carpets and clean floors
Clean windows – interior / exterior
Check for supplies – toilet chem./TP/garbage bags/trash compactor bags
Consolidate First Aid Kits
Clean main salon closet
Clean aft closet
Clean, rearrange and straighten aft exterior closet.
Replace toilet seals
Install 2008 Registration Tags and paper work
Install 2008 paper work and forms for members
Engrave and mark props and stow (including new set to equal 3 sets total)
Straighten and clean fore deck holding area.
Measure holding tank vent hose diameter for filter
Check all light bulbs and replace if necessary – interior and exterior and stairway fore and aft
Check for damage and repair where necessary
Mount GPS antenna
Install DVD Player and surround sound system
Acid wash hull and outdrives
Replace exterior trash cans
Replace fuel fill hose from fill cap to toy tank
Install cabinet door holders on DVD player compartment
Install isolator for engine/house battery system in battery compartment

Sept / Oct - 2008 Repairs
Lights Replaced
forward stair light - purchased extra stair light bulbs

Repaired reading lights in both lower births.
Repaired short in ground for 2 forward 110V lights on upper deck.
Repositioned rudder position indication sending unit (AP installed new sending unit).
Replaced old line on boom tie down with two new lines that have a higher breaking strength.
Re-aligned boom sleeve for pin.
Repaired freezer chest grill panel and secured with stainless screws and washers.
Replaced 2 anchor lines.
Replaced 3 missing anchor line mouse guards. We now have 5 mouse guards with securing locks for the anchor lines.
Replaced pump out adapter to correct size. There are now 2 onboard in the aft closet.
Replaced oven (September)
Replaced CO sensor in forward berth that was removed and lost.
Re-secured ALL CO sensors on boat. All but one had been disconnected. One was missing all together.
Left 2 new spare CO sensors on boat.
Swim platform hand rail repaired.
Pressure washed swim platform (not sure how it could have gotten so dirty).
Forward holding tank charcoal vent filter removed and replaced with hose.
Air Conditioning vent hose in hold repaired and secured to upper strut.
Replaced ripped fender.
Replaced 2 lost fenders
Replaced broken 5 gallon water dispenser (spare valves for new unit on board)
Defective XM satellite antenna replaced.
Replaced air return filters.
Replaced broken electric can opener.
Replaced torn screen on rear sliding door.
Replaced defective ON/OFF switch in forward hold between inverter and inverter batteries.
Replaced Solar fuse with Breaker.
Replaced bad battery in inverter bank
Cleaned and degreased engine area.
Repaired BBQ
Replaced leaking seal on forward bathroom toilet
Added fuel additives and injector cleaner to fuel tanks.
Filed and sanded countertop edge at oven area to improve look and remove jagged edges.
Removed old bilge soakers and replaced with new ones (3)
Removed and cleaned raw water strainer for wash down pumps.
Replaced broken water buckets for washing sand off of shoes and feet.
Replaced missing snaps – upper deck.
