110 V and 12 V System:

Problems Inside Boat: CO alarms go off when using oven; some are very difficult to reset even after lots of ventilation.  Toilet paper appeared to be regular type.  One dining chair has cut in upholstery.  One mattress cover has small holes.

Problems Outside the Boat: Upper deck: weld spatter on canopy frame is tearing holes in canvas; some snaps & tie downs are torn loose.  Aft deck has an eyelet torn from canvas.  Our runabout bumped into rear of houseboat damaging slide water line. No mooring lines to be found.  BBQ very dirty.
