Problems with the 110 or 12 V

The front canopy stereo speaker switch at the console has a short in it.  If left on it shuts down the entire system.  It appears the switch itself is defective.

Problems with the Upper Deck

The framing for the awning moves too much when moderate wind blows or the boat is in rough water.  It moves enough that over time it will cause a problem with the welds and where the frame is secured to the roof of the houseboat.  The forward canopy framing should be cross-bracketed and reinforced similar to how the rear section is braced.

Problems with Engines/Engine Compartment/Outdrives

The starboard outdrive makes a considerable noise when underway.  There IS a problem with the drive.  It should be load tested and repaired.

Misc.

There is leakage from Port and Starboard from the exterior of the boat while underway into the forward bow compartment.  This leak occurs at the gunal where the sole of the deckplate meets the hull at the final bend from the bow to the side.  The calcium deposits from the leaks can been seen on the Port and Starboard sides of the interior of the bow compartment.

There should be a full size quality compasses mounted on the dash area at the Captains helm and the Flybridge with covers.
