.Lower helm wheel loose on shaft.

.Many of the plastic latches on the windows are already broken, these will obviously not hold up          and must be replaced with metal ones, or the entire window replaced.

.There appears to not be any type of bearing in the swivel on the Davit. It is next to impossible to           turn it under load and pieces of aluminum are galling up and dropping on the deck. It takes a                 minimum of two men to turn boom under load. If there is a bearing it needs to be replaced, if                  there is no bearing one needs to be installed.

.The winch on the Davit is far to small for the loads that will be lifted with this unit. A larger winch             must be installed, this one will not last for any amount of time. A quick look around other boat               yards on Haul Road shows that they have figured out that the winch needs to be larger.

.Lower rear deck closet molding loose next to sliding door. The screws that were used are not                 long enough to hit anything and are just hanging in the molding.

.Oil leak where the lines connect to the Helm wheel control on the upper deck.

.Cabinet doors under the sink on the upper deck are sticking and need to be realigned.

.Marine Radios have very poor reception. Found that when they were installed the antenna leads              were not properly grounded, all antenna ends need to be redone.

.Depth finders inoperative. Both were giving erroneous readings all week.

.A/C filter next to lower Helm not installed properly. Infact it is not installed at all it is just laying              on the floor.

.Alternator on Genset nor aligned with drive pulleys. This needs to be repaired before it damages             the other pulleys and wipes out the belt.

.Main fuel tanks are not drawing down at the same rate. The STB tank is going down at about                 twice the rate the Port is. Apparently there is some sort of restriction in the system that is                    causing this. This is not a problem with the gauges, this is a fuel flow problem.

.Rope lighting on upper deck inoperative.

.Canvas cover on upper deck is torn and cut. This cover needs to be completely redone all of the             aluminum components are sharp and will cut anything that is put up there until they are                        rounded off.

.Drawer in forward lower bedroom is sticking and pulling the paneling off, needs to be realigned.
