PROBLEMS WITH ENGINES OR GENERATORS: STB engine crimp terminal at alternator broke & took fuse at starter with it. Fixed by LPM after your trip.Temporarily repaired terminal (wrong terminal) & jumped across fuse. Motors either only drawing off STB fuel tank or gauges totally inaccurate (didn’t find dip stick until we had shut off STB tank & ran down Port tank). LPM has been monitoring this and will continue to watch it. Vibration in STB engine at 2600-2800 rpm. (Prop was damaged previous week, don’t know which engine, but possible prop shaft damage).  Scott at LPM could not replicate this problem, verified no prop shaft damage.

PROBLEMS WITH 110V OR 12V SYSTEM: Had to run generator twice a day for 4-6 hours to charge inverter (about twice what we were told was needed). How much generator use is variable for each user, 4-6 hours twice a day is not unusual for July.We were told the first 4 weeks boat was out, the generator was not wired to inverter—invertor batteries not charged for 4 weeks---possible damage to inverter batteries? Generator/Inverter had a wiring issue early in the season, but batteries have all been load tested and check out fine.

PROBLEMS WITH INSIDE OF BOAT: Counter top at Port side off range top separating from cabinets. This will need to be an off-season repair. When oven is on,  CO detectors go off all over boat even with doors & windows open. Scott thinks he has the solution to this issue and is verifying it today (8/11), range setting may be incorrect.Main TV out. Already replaced.Secondary TV has lines across screen & spits out dvd’s regularly. Scott could not replicate this problem, TV checks out fine.Screw missing on rear bath door latch. Fixed. Filter element too small to cover opening at AC intake next to helm. This is an off-season repair.Reading lights in cuddies fall back into wall. No real fix for this without changing the style of light, possible off-season project.Stereo CD changer not compatible with head unit. We are waiting for the correct CD changer from Stardust, should be delivered to LPM any day. Left front canopy speaker not working (checked speaker, it’s ok, must be in wiring). Known problem, wiring needs to be replaced, LPM will get it done.Depth finder not working properly---never read over 30’ in main channel. This is a calibration issue, Scott will work with the manufacturer and get it fixed by 8/12. Holding tank monitors always read empty (Scott told us they probably wouldn’t be working by our next trip---seams like they’re not working from beginning.  We have a RV that is 15 years old that the same type gauges are still working. Scott tried the monitors and they were working fine, you do have to hold the button down to get an accurate reading.

PROBLEMS WITH OUTSIDE OR UPPER DECK: Vertical molding at rear deck cabinet falling off (screws too short). Scott to repair by 8/12.  Toy tank upper mounts secured with 4 self tapping screws---1 remaining at end of trip---tank bouncing around. Already repaired.  Canopy bar stools rusting already. Those were the only barstools that we could find, will try to replace them before the 2005 season with a better alternative.Canopy canvas attachments ripping off (aluminum flats, that they are attached to, are very sharp). Canopy snap missing (middle Port side, male snap). LPM having a canvas and canopy repairman quote these issues, will probably need to be off-season repair.  Rope lights out. Same wiring issue as speakers, will be repaired by LPM.  Middle light in rear stairs out. Fixed. Back cushion in front of flybridge missing male snaps along bottom edge. Same canvas & canopy repairman to quote a new solution for the flybridge cushions, Velcro does not work.  This is an issue on all 5 2004 boats and will be repaired.  Carpet at toy tank pump coming off. We have extra carpet, off-season repair.  Fit of fiberglass to railing at top of front stairs next to flybridge very poor. Need a back cushion on STB side seat under canopy next to flybridge. Owed to us by Stardust, being shipped. Have only one mooring line & 1 docking line. Already added new lines.

WISH LIST: Label light switches. LPM can do this in the off-season.  Need frying pan that will feed more than 4 people. Need prop wrench & necessary hardware to change a prop. Decision was made not to encourage owners to change props on the lake, we know some are very capable, but others are not.  Either LPM or Executive Services will need to change props on the lake.  Wire water cooler outlet to inverter. The water cooler was added after delivery by Sunrise Peak, STB outlet will be re-wired in the off-season.  Need more outlets in kitchen inverted.
